March 2021. nz120 scale toitoi plants on the viaduct modules. The basic plant is formed with Woodlands Scenic long grass. John then painstakingly added dandelion seed heads to replicate the flowers(?). These were sealed in with artist adhesive spray. The seed heads are then painted white. This plants are only about 10mm tall.
