New version of log wagons
Ukl 1019 with removable log cradles mounted on a 20' base. Two of these wagons were in the consist of the morning train to Kawerau. With increasing age of Usl's, as an alternative use of wagons to replace them these Ukl's are being trialled. Once the new container wagons come later this year, then probably more Ukl's might appear. 19/02/2011 Mount Maunganui yard.
